Terms of Use

These terms govern access to QuadraEdge.LMS. By using the platform, learners and organisations agree to use the learning materials lawfully, respectfully and only for authorised training purposes.

1. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure. Team Pass access may only be used by authorised members of the organisation or group to which the pass was issued.

2. Learning content

Course materials are provided for training and capacity-development purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, materials may not be copied, sold, republished or redistributed without written permission.

3. Certificates

Certificates confirm completion records available in the platform database. QuadraEdge.LMS may withdraw or correct certificates issued in error.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to disrupt the platform, access restricted areas, upload harmful content or misuse personal data.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect platform, legal or operational changes. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
