These terms govern the use of QuadraEdge (quadraedgelms.com), operated by ACS LLC, Montenegro (registration number 50054381). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for giving accurate information and for keeping their login details secure. Team Pass access may only be used by authorised members of the organisation or group to which the pass was issued. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended.

2. Learning content

Course materials are provided for training and capacity-development purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, materials may not be copied, sold, republished or redistributed without written permission.

3. Certificates

Certificates confirm completion records available in the platform database. The QuadraEdge LMS platform may withdraw or correct certificates issued in error.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to disrupt the platform, access restricted areas, upload harmful content or misuse personal data.

5. Services and fees

Free courses are available without charge. Learning Passes, Team Passes, advisory work and course development are provided under a separate agreement or order confirmation, which sets out scope, price and payment terms and takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, ACS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Montenegro, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

9. Changes and contact
